1. What made me feel most empowered this week, and why?
2. Which challenge did I face that taught me something new, and how can I apply this lesson moving forward?
3. Who supported me this week, and how can I show gratitude for their impact?
After reflecting, I encourage you to reach out to someone who made a difference for you, share your gratitude, or set a small goal for the upcoming week based on the lessons you’ve learned.
